I have started a journal, and I put every picture that appeals to me like a house, symbols and everything good that has come out of me, meaning we are all responsible for oneself. So I try to already begin living a higher frequency living until it becomes second nature.

Also Xen, do you think that as time goes by, do you think that the robotoids will stop working? Do you think there systems will crash, It seems to me..... that is whats happening. I believe we have been controlled by nothing but Hard wired harddrives...

I haven't read the entire thread but plan to do very soon. I feel this happened to me. You or someone mentioned praying that negative energies will be removed and it worked a few months ago. I have had RLS for the past 23 years and it got much worse for the last ten. It would drive me crazy with leg movements along with arm movements and it was slowly taking over my back at night when I tried to sleep. For the past year I have been coming alive again and cleaning up my body through meditation, eating right, and praying. I got into energy healing about six months ago and I think that also helped remove that evil energy from my body. About three months ago I rubbed my legs and used energy on them by focusing my attention and chi on the legs. I asked God to remove the demons in my legs. From that day I have only felt a very small amount of twitches and that has only happened twice since then. When I feel them I use Chi and prayer and they stop the twitches.

I did this in the past and I never found relief but this year my life has been very different. I feel like my mind is clear and I feel energy from my hands, at times.

Hi Austria. Will have to log-in because people here seem to be allergic to Austrians and confused with two of the same flag (does not seem to happen much with other countries).
This is what Europeans call cat's eyes, Americans call Aliens eyes. My own eyes on good day behave the same day, except that I have gone a step further and if you look closely they have 3 distinctive colors.
