I, who am usually not "sick", IS SICK - Anyone ELSE?!

yes same here, i take much more D3 then that! this time is got me!!! sick for 3 days...

We take it one-step further and drink olive leaf tea daily on a daily basis from fall to spring I make an iced tea version along with a hot version both re a mixture of olive leaf with either black or green tea and mint to cut the bitterness of the olive leaf.

Maybe you're taking too much. I don't believe in taking mega-doses of anything. Less is more. Too much of anything can weaken the immune system. Large doses of vitamin C always make me fatigued and lightheaded. I only take 125mg of C a day. I found a good brand of spirulina (earthrise) which is better for energy than synthetic vitamins.

It has got to be the weirdest weather this year!!!

I got that same head cold around Christmas, had not been sick for years before that. The funny thing is that several people I know who are never sick also came down with it (no, we didn't catch it from each other, the timing is wrong). We all said it lasted a long time - like 3 weeks. My sister had it, had two rounds of antibiotics and still was very hoarse two months later. It seems to be a mean cold bug going around.

the superior version of CS is dr. deagle's silver 100. but even then i don't take anything external, to aid my ills.

i tend to weather the storm. my immune system is pretty adept, thanks to this practice.

but something is UP. most likely.

Family hit at same time by some achiness, cough, some minor congestion and one blood shot eye.
The next day I was feeling almost normal-no congestion, and only a vague tickle in the lungs.
However my other family member was still struggling, but now-3 days later, is close to normal.
I live in Western NC and this cold or whatever it was struck at about the same time we picked up our first substantial snowfall on Saturday.
Maybe it's the extreme weather swings and whatever is mixed in the air.

I haven't had a cold in at least 5 years--maybe longer--but I had one a few days ago.
Funny thing is that it only lasted a couple of days.
I was at work and suddenly realized it was gone.
No lingering symptoms--just gone.

Outside of Japan, nobody got and is getting hit harder by Fukushima radiation than Alaska. There was a big increase in Tokyo on Valentine's Day.

Next hardest hit are the west coast and the Cascades. Also anywhere with a lot of precipitation.

If you're in North America and feeling unwell, it wouldn't hurt to cut back on the dairy, fish, and meat, and stay out of the snow/rain. Take all your vitamin supplements too.

Strange things indeed going on.I was having terrible breathing problems.Chest very tight.throat was feeling like it was getting sore,one side of my nose stuffed like bad sinus problems were coming.Had to go outside unexpectedly in 28* weather.Thinking its going to make me worse..could feel the cold air in my lungs,etc.Came inside and within an hour it was gone.Leaned back in my recliner later and was napping and I kept having inner thoughts ..Breath in the cold air because it kills germs,like an inner voice was saying it.I dont know what is happening really but something is different.
