A Question About HAARP (directional "aiming") | |

Looking at photographs of the HAARP antenna arrays I see that there are no mechanisms to actually aim the array in any direction other than straight up. So I am curious as to how they might "aim" this array. Any ideas? Its aimed at our upper atmosphere which is filled with aluminum oxide from chemtrails which is then reflected to the area to which they want to aim at. |
