how could such a motion be filed and decided the day after the shooting happened. i havent read about this on any other news site and that story was supposedly posted friday. there arent any references in the article either.

yeah the last thing the jury needed to hear him say was voice to skull technology ordered him to do it and he was only following orders from the pentagon,lol...just because i said that,dont anyone get any bright ideas for your crime spreed defense,lol.

If it's true...here's a solid reason (didn't say "valid") why records are sealed...

mhmm.. and the other poster on here who mentioned O'Mara talking about why a case would be sealed... that is from the Trayvon Martin Case.... another one with tons of controversy.

If he is declared incompetent he will be sent to a federal facility for a maximum of four months to see if he can be restored to competency...

This one has no known race issues. No one said he singled out minorities.

You know, we wouldn't want all the information flowing that would give this away as a psyop. After all, leaving a case open means that it has to be handled correctly according to that pain in the ass thing called "The Law". Public oversight keeps lawmakers and enforcers accountable. ...and they SURELY don't want THAT! Seal it up so they can hide what they do and who gave this kid aid and assistance.

Good question I was just sayin yesterday that since he was arrested we have heard virtually nothing about him or even seen him ever again. That's probably the plan with this one.
