This town, the capitol of Illinois has had the Beach Boys play at the State Fair 14 times. They are obsessed. Big shout outs for Jimmy Buffet but it never happened. Fair opens Thursday with the Grandstand opening night--Sammy Haggar and the Circle. I THINK he has John Bonham's son Jason playing drums. Sammy is already crowing about something Van Halen related in Oct. Jason is listed on that band anyway.
