About time! I am so sick of people having children they can't afford.

Mixed feelings about this.

9 Is way to many for someone who isnt rich.

He should also be sent to a parenting course.

Its not parenting he lacks..its money. So he needs to go to a how to get rich quick class.

He is Broke ,Ugly and Dumb , yet women flock to him ? and we have to foot the bill for all those Babies .Wonderful !

If he has 9 kids with 6 women and is paying child support for all of them, parenting classes would not hurt him at all.

My ex owes me $62,000 about now in child support for two kids, and that built up over a 12 year period. Nothing happens to him, they just keep him from getting a license, and he doesn't care becuz he doesn't have a car. what has happened is that in our well meaning desire to make things "fair" and out of compassion, what started as a noble desire to help the poor with many children has since turned into an incentive to have many children without a father

people who have learned to game the system now start having many babies young and have many of them because of the support given them by the state

in past centuries, people engaging in this behavior would be disadvantaged and at risk of dying young and losing many chldren to death

Let's make this a level playing field. Both mothers and fathers should have to pay child support, equally. Yep, I don't care who has the child. If you go this route, things will change.

So let's say I have 5 children. I would be required to be resposible for half their keep. That's it, before welfare. So if it takes $2000.00 a month to keep little Johnny housed and fed then mom and dad would be responsible for a $1000 each. If mom can only afford $25.00 a month, then that is what the dad should pay.
