Who is not sleeping

I can't sleep much unless I take meds. This has gone on for many months,
after I experienced a spiritual revelation awakening.

I slept about 12 hours this morning.
My schedule has been all fucked up lately.

Had a feeling

Symptomatically, solar flares can cause us to feel nervous, anxious, worried, jittery, dizzy, irritable, lethargic, exhausted, nauseous, and queasy. Some people may become unusually forgetful, and others may experience heart palpitations. People may also endure periods of prolonged head pressure and headache

As the increase in solar activity persists, new symptoms are emerging. Dimensions of time and space are beginning to ‘wobble’ erratically. Some people seem to be losing track of time, and/or they are losing words when speaking. For others, the day seems to simply disappear.

A number of people are having difficulty sleeping, tossing & turning in the night and often experiencing unusual dreams. Others report that when they close their eyes at night, the world around them spins.

at least a week now, im still awake at 3-4 am and if i do get to sleep, im up within a few hours
im usually in bed by 10pm ish

im suspecting it has something directly to do with the solar protons, and not the flares
the protons have been elevated all week and there is also some anomalies going on with them

look at the proton levels (orange serpentine band) same rise and fall, same time each day. weird. weird. weird.

There are very serious problems facing the world right now.

How can one sleep in peace?

Same here too, if i get sleep at all I will wake up at 3:30 in the middle oft the night. Now for 4 Days in a row.

The best thing you can do is just have a cup of chamomile tea and try not to think about how the world is dying.

Lay down on your bed, pull the covers over, and hope you wake up and an evil person is dead.

It is 04-53am so I am not sleeping

For a past couple nights I have not been sleeping almost felt like I was having Panic attacks, constant yawning yet wrestless..

I hope to sleep tonight...

I had this problem a few weeks ago but I just got blamed for drugs...and I dont do them so its weird to say the least

What does that mean, Nin? Aside from our symptoms. That is with respect to the proton anomalies? Is this precurser to solar max that you're indicating in your thread? Or polar shift?

I've been more tired than ever recently for some reason. I started juicing 2 months ago and had tons of energy since but this and last week I've been passing out at my desk at work. I'll have what you guys are having!

I never sleep

I inherited my dad's constitution, I'm up until 1 am, sleep maybe 3 hrs, and wake up at 4 am as if a firecracker had gone off under my pillow

but you're right, I see more and more of my friends with more normal sleeping habits up late at night

I'd agree something is preventing people from going into REM

what that thing is, remains to be determined

were not quite sure just yet
its an anomalie, so much more studying of this is needed to come up with any conclusions of cause and/or effect

haven't slept a full night in the last 7 days,guess if i counted all the hours of sleep it would be around 4 in total this week

I usually sleep like a rock, I mean I'm tired all the time. For the last 3 nights I couldn't sleep at all, I mean, not at all.

I can't figure out what the problem is because I"m not doing anything out of the ordinary, and sleeping has never been a problem for me.

This has been going on for a few weeks for me- don't even remember what a full night's sleep feels like anymore. Is this the new norm?
Fall asleep, exhausted, and wake up from a deep hole, thinking I've slept a long time, only to find a mere 2 or so hours have elapsed. Or, tired, but restless and cannot grab onto sleep- as though I've been activated. No consistency- and the days fly by... lost days.
A disconnect- like I'm real but the world around me is just a film on a movie screen, and the people in it (for the most part) are only projections.
Strange dayz indeed.

Yep. Same here. I even double my dose of endep last night and still didn't work.

If I did not have to conform to a schedule I would probably be up two days in a row and sleep 18 hours, something like that.

I have to force myself to sleep, if I'm not in bed by 10:00, probably not sleeping at all. And that's with diphenhydramine to help, now and then. I'll stay awake through it, doesn't matter.

Last few weeks, I have had broken sleep. Not sleeping more than a few hours at a time.
