Ok, so the 22nd is here and if the OP is absolutely sincere and or convinced about his or her forecast for this ET contact to be made today in the French city of Orleans is true, we will be seeing it within the next 12 hours or so.
Living a fair ways west of Orleans, all I can say at this moment is that the day broke without anything unusual, apart from some horizon to horizon high level cloud banding. If anything kicks off, I will post.
