We can only guess that he didn't think any of this through very well ;) |

Ultimately, every knee will bow and every tongue confess Him, right? You know that "all will be salted with fire", yes? There's no escaping purification, regardless of what "decision" one makes. "Be ye perfect as I am perfect" is no different than the command "let there be light". It's gonna happen whether we like it or not. |

When fear grips a man as to take his breath away. Will he cry out to Him then? Will God listen to the mocker then? Men should ask themselves where the breath which gives them life comes from. As it does not come from themselves. And where it goes they do not know. Perhaps a study will be done on such things, OP. Doubtful though. |

Ohwow! User ID: 16023386 United States 07/30/2013 06:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | God is Holy and dwells in perfect peace. God in His perfection is angry against the evil practioners all the day long and as the Creator and God of all, He warns them of His wrath to come upon them, His anger being as much of His righteosness as all His attributes. He really isn't milk toast when it comes to those that will not acknowledge Him and continually pursue their own paths of righteousness under their own godlike worship influenced by their sinful fallen beastly nature. I suspect this mental instability had its beginnings in their reasoning first and foremost, flawed and unsound in mind, eventually projecting upon God the twisted understanding they conjured up to answer how this can be, an angry God, angered against the wicked all day long, not realizing that God is perfect in all His attributes, and He does not lash out, but lovingly warns those that would harm a child, take a life in lust, or destroy anything with malice, they will be judged by the Judge of all creation. And they, the wicked, laugh, and continue on. The mentally unstable fear and loathe a God they do not know, and practice a faith in a God they can't comprehend - because it is a faith they have imagined, not the God of the Bible |
