Anonymous Coward User ID: 41932930 Australia 07/15/2013 02:16 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Alright I Google sky mapped Venus and its nowhere near... its not a planet or star. Its there for an hour and never sets. Any ideas? Everynight Quoting: theWatcher20 The idea I have is you are a dumb ass fuckwit. Why? Because you have made your tiny mind that this is something "strange" to the point that no "reasonable" explanation will satisfy you, ever. Take the advice given poster that they "do know what they are doing" Some idiots just to like something out of nothing. Bet you believe in many many conspiracy theories as well? Think about it, by nature you like to make more out of things than they really are. |

I've been watching it gradually set later and later for weeks now, it's in the west after dusk. Quoting: Dr. Astro Incidentally, I was wondering when the threads on it were going to start reappearing. They almost never pop up when Venus is a morning star (naturally), only when it's on the evening side. Congrats OP, you were the first I've seen so far this season. I was expecting this thread about a week ago at least. Ohhh Doctor. How is it that you know everything? How does it feel to be so much smarter than us mere mortals? I don't know everything, but it doesn't take much to know more than some of you idiots. and they just keep a comin.. |

Vega (α Lyr, α Lyrae, Alpha Lyrae) is the brightest star in the constellation Lyra, the fifth brightest star in the night sky and the second brightest star in the northern celestial hemisphere, after Arcturus. It is a relatively close star at only 25 light-years from Earth, and, together with Arcturus and Sirius, one of the most luminous stars in the Sun's neighborhood. [link to en.wikipedia.org] |

That's Venus. The video you yourself posted shows Venus. It's the only bright "star" visible in the west in that video, which is where Venus should be. End of story. Dont let him bait u Astro Anyone with half a brain would know that is Venus |
