Quoting: Anonymous Coward 48166506 Her arms finally gave way and that's why she got launched. Hell, she might've even done it on purpose for the lawsuit money. Just look at the undamaged side of her face - she is obviously a meth head. If the officer was smart, he would have used his force to remove her arms from the doorframe. |

BRIEF User ID: 381742 United States 10/10/2013 02:54 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The Brief Brigade is bound to show up (as they always do) to smugly tell us the woman got what she deserved. Speaking of the aforementioned leader of the brigade, I watched a movie on Netflix last night that reminded me of him. The movie is called The Snowtown Murders, a true story about one of Australia's most notorious serial killers and his accomplices, who were apprehended in 1999. The leader of the crew was a vigilante bent on ridding Australia of its pedophile, gay, retarded, obese, drug-addicted, and otherwise unwanted population (by Him, at least). He did so by torturing and killing them. Quoting: HL Shancken The fuck you talking about, he pushed her...she may have been a bitch, who knows without the audio...or it could have been a door opening down the hall causing a rush of air, hell she doesn't weigh anything...but he pushed her for no apparent reason. I never forgive and I never forget I am a licensed firearm holder. I will, under protection of law, use lethal force if attacked. |

Dont comply then expect some force. They should have tazed the bitch then she wouldnt have resisted. DO NOT BREAK THE LAW Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1247796 She was inside the cell when she was shoved. [link to www.trbimg.com] That's right the cop should not have broken the law, which he most definitely did. He, the felon cop, should be punished with prison time, and the dept is already being sued. Shoving is a process - not a single frame. He started shoving her as she was holding the frame to prevent getting put back in the cell. Why then the push with excessive force? ...and it was most definitely excessive force, as the end results prove it. She is a very tiny woman, and if even her hands did brush up against, or even hold on to a door frame, an natural instinct to keep from her falling rather than resisting being put into a cell, then why did this cop not just take hold of her tiny little wrists and escort her into the cell rather than use blunt excessive force. you lose. . |

She wasn't resisting falling. She was resisting being put into the cell. "Excessive force" is merely your 20/20 hindsight vision. It is difficult to push people through a door when they are using the door frame to resist. Clearly he used enough force to overcome that resistance and when her arms gave out she went flying. It is absolutely her fault. Being small, clumsy and having a vagina doesn't give her a free pass to resist being put into a jail cell. |

My attitude that resisting being put into a jail cell means the push is her fault? Fuck off. There shouldn't have been a push like that in the first place, at least get that part right. She didn't resist being put into the cell, she was trying to keep her balance (remember why she was there in the first place). The force was completely unnecessary, and overly excessive. The cop should be arrested and charged with felony assault causing bodily harm, fired from the force, and sentenced accordingly. |

If she was holding on to the cell door, which it looks like she was, a light tap on her wrists from that guy or backing her up slightly would have easily broke whatever grip she had on the doorway. The push wasn't necessary so yeah it's definitely excessive force. If you did that to a cop they'd probably hit you with an attempted murder charge. Accidental or not |

She was not trying to "keep her balance" she was walking perfectly fine. Even the narrator said she wasn't stumbling or anything. Also, not only was she resisting being put into the cell, but you can tell she was resisting being walked back to the cell. |

Again, the cop probably could've done it a better way, but she ultimately bears responsibility for resisting. |
