Here's the story. It's not super exciting lol, but it was creepy as it was all happening.

I was downstairs in my basement checking on my plants because I'm obsessed. I had mini and her friend down there with me because it was late and I didn't want to go down alone. Nef was already in bed and the dog was in the bedroom with him, door shut.

While we were down there, directly underneath my living room, I heard the floor creaking above like someone was walking into the living room. I thought we might've woken Nef up so I told the girls to quiet down and asked if they heard that. It didn't happen again. Which would be odd if it was Nef who walked into the living room because he would've had to walk back out, but the walking/creaking sound just stopped.

The girls were now all freaked out of course lol, and I was a little bit too. So I said I would go upstairs and check things out. As I rounded the corner to walk up the stairs I noticed the door at the top of the stairs was WIDE open. Every single time I go down into the basement I close that door all the way behind myself. I was the last one down the stairs and I KNOW that I closed that door.

We get upstairs and I decide to check my camera to see if anything strange showed up. Like an orb or something. For the first time since I have had this camera, it stopped live recording and wouldn't even start up again.

We all went to bed spooked lol. I checked the status of the camera this morning and it was live recording again like nothing ever happened.

To add to the spookiness of it all, the friend that mini had over last night recently lost a close friend of hers to a mysterious death. She said she has had some strange experiences since the death. Last night was my first ghost story in this house.

Mini's friend was so spooked that she had tears falling down her face, but she wasn't crying. If you know what I mean.

Still in the same house. I said this house because I have had ghost experiences before in the house I grew up in. Which coincidentally is just on the opposite side of the high school that is right across from me lol.

But prior to last night, I had no spooky stories here. None that I can recall anyway. And I tend to remember ghostly events haha!
