the US gov is insolvent and bound (or doomed is better word) to print dollars to cover its debts.Pay your bills by taking more debts.Pile up the debts till the system implodes under its own weight.But they have no choice, no other option.The US gov is after your money, to grab cash and redirect it to foreign aid,welfare, military adventures (to prop up the dollar system).They afraid to lose control over monetary system, they afraid that people will know the truth (although many already know), they afraid other countries will make deals to ditch dollar in secret, thats why omnipresent NSA spying even on US allies.

Similar with vehicle registration. If you sell your car and property, and are of a certain race(Caucasian, Critical Race and Sexual Orientation theory[Gay Agenda] breaks down if Caucasians leave) and hop on a plane for Russia, that sets off red flags your planning to leave the country permanently.

Tax identification numbers tells them if you owe back taxes, other identifiers are probably a credit report(tells them how much money you owe to the bankers). Intelligence information could be everything from state secrets, to actual intelligence. Like technical, academic and scientific skills/information.

America already has a 30-40% property/wealth exit tax if you try to legally immigrate to another country(plus a 50% income tax for 10 years). It is identical to the NAZI exit taxes, and Nazism after all, was first and foremost a militant homosexual movement.

Eventually, most of the sheep will join this "trusted traveler" program simply to make their lives a little easier at the airport.
