Yes and he paid a 570 fine. But the judge gave him community service working for Cal Trans.He is willing to pay whatever to compensate for community service but he Is dying. Maybe a year left.

Maybe he will kick soon and you can cash the life insurance policy.

Can you contact your city counsellor? That is just plain cruel, if has paid the fine, they should be satisfied with that. His medical condition should be brought to bear.

Another guy in court got the same fine and service . Threw small litter from his car. I was warned that littering fines in cal are minimal 500 bucks. I love this guy. He's a sweet soul and a beautiful person no amount of $$ could replace him. A Vietnam vet who was a FO in 1969. A real gem so unlike some of the people who have replied.

A beautiful nurse that was caring for him when he was in total agony saw the person he was . Our eyes did a soul lock and she told me “He's such a sweet guy ".
