What did the Apostle Paul mean by this? And how do we identify "Oppresive wolves"?

That would be a reference to all of the false churches that exist today. Tons of churches today teach false doctrine to make their congregation "feel" good. Following God is not always going to be a feel good party.

I do not think that Christians today are aware that there are other 'professing Christians' that identify them as Antichrist and demon posessed.
Read some of the charismatic Christians. All who do not accept their false annointing are being publicaky branded as Antichrist within these popular circles.

Well, here is Jesus admonition as to how the flock should be handled:



" When, now, they had breakfasted, Jesus said to Simon Peter: “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?” He said to him: “Yes, Lord, you know I have affection for you.” He said to him: “Feed my lambs.” 16 Again he said to him, a second time: “Simon son of John, do you love me?” He said to him: “Yes, Lord, you know I have affection for you.” He said to him: “Shepherd my little sheep.” 17 He said to him the third time: “Simon son of John, do you have affection for me?” Peter became grieved that he said to him the third time: “Do you have affection for me?” So he said to him: “Lord, you know all things; you are aware that I have affection for you.” Jesus said to him: “Feed my little sheep"- John 21:15-17

What would be an outward expression or example of "preying on the sheep? (Very interesting expression)
