We needed cops in my High School in the seventies for these guys. They ALWAYS feel they are above the law, cause they black!

but i want people to know they should not worry, the student was a negro so it is just a sad thing the cops didn't execute him on site for being a negro.

i googled it to find it because the first vid didn't work and i saw a negro getting his arm broken. so difference case.

either way. that was a nice anaconda and a nice crisp and clean snap. Cop should be given a medal for a clean move.
