ive got a few secrets to fat loss....

One unemployed summer I was my usual roughly 14% bf self. I got my tax return and really did not want to rely on my parents food because their foods didn't support my dieting ways. I spent weeks and weeks eating basically only raw eggs gala apples and rice/beans.....I dropped to an insanely low bodyfat whiled retaining my muscles and my 6 pack was so carved it was unbelievable. If you are really serious about losing weight then spend a lot of your time eating raw eggs apples and riceandbeans.

One super method I use to trim bodyfat is to take l glutamine twice a day. It just sucks the water and the fat away and does this quickly too.
