They were bought out by Bridgestone after they were fucked by Ford on the big tire recall. Bridgestone is a Japanese company that sells their crappy tires here under their own name and the Firestone brand. Many people think Firestone is still the same company that has been around for a hundred years, but they're not. I don't think they have any American made tires.
