Is ROBIN SAGE the JADE HELM Operation for the Eastern US? States are Provinces, Republics, or Resistance Forces

What is presented in the video below concerns a military training operation called ROBIN SAGE. It seems similar to the JADE HELM 15 operation only it takes place in states in the northeastern, central eastern, and southeastern United States.



A map of the states in ROBIN SAGE (see link at bottom of post) reveals the following:

All states in the northeast and central eastern states as far west as Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky comprise the United Provinces of Atlantica.

Other eastern or southeastern states, parts of states, or groups of states are named as republics or resistance forces: Peoples Republic of Pineland (eastern and western North Carolina, Republic of Pineland (South Carolina), Republic of Columbus (Georgia), Republic of Appalachia (Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee); and Pineland Resistance Forces (PRF, 15 counties in central North Carolina).

Some ROBIN SAGE associated training exercises have already occurred going back to the early 2000s.

Is a more encompassing roll-out of ROBIN SAGE going to follow the culmination of JADE HELM 15?
