REALLY? Man charged with engaging in sex act with a horse after police finally subdue him by Tasering him three times

Glen Garbutt of Grand Ronde, Oregon was allegedly seen 'masturbating himself and a horse' on his property on June 4
The event was witnessed by the owner of the horse and two other witnesses according to a police report
Garbutt was found by police at a church on June 28, and they arresting officer had to use his Taser three times when he tried to run away
When told he was being arrested on suspicion of sexual assault, Garbutt said he never had sex with a horse
The officer at that point had made no mention of a horse
He was booked on charges of sexual assault of an animal, resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer
