Anonymous Coward User ID: 77635199 United States 04/22/2020 08:22 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I took "Princess" to the Vet. She got a checkup and a rabies shot. I called Animal Control to tell them that if no one claims her by Thursday, Friday morning I am getting her city license, as she is staying. Quoting: tiger1 I honestly thought she was less than a year old, as she is very small for a Staffie. She is, according to the Vet's estimate, 4-6 years old. She looks and acts like a puppy, but she is a mature dog ! She is underweight. She is 36 pounds and should be about 45-50 pounds for her breed. Jewel is mellowing out towards her, and the cats are very unhappy. She licks Angel, my Persian, and Angel hates it. Misty, the Angora/Alley Cat mix, is acting like the cat from Hades. We have had a few rumbles here, but that is normal when you introduce a new fur baby to the family. Roy is in a state of confusion, and is very combative today. Not a prayer per se, just another instance of God working in mysterious ways. Last September my wife and I parted ways. I left her the house and we just agreed that all debts were cancelled and I moved out. Our morality systems no longer functioned together once I found Christ. SO I moved into a small cabin (I don't need much space) that I helped build 12 years ago or so. The house beside the cabin, is very old and the renter in perpetuity (18 years now) is a Catechumen in the Russian Orthodox. We had planned on me moving into the cabin and then 2 weeks before, a black, polydactly maybe 5 month old kitten moved in under the house (it is slightly elevated to allow water run off), it was sleeping on the top of the hot water tank. So I moved in, the property mate and I had both had visitations by the Holy Spirit (and are kind of considered pariahs in the community full of leftists), and we have a cat, with 24 toes, who goes back and forth between my cabin and his house. She has taken on a black bear, a lynx and a racoon. SHe pushes my door open when I want her to be about, and knows how to open it? Best cat I have ever found, showing up at exactly the right time to give comfort (divorce because of a moral split is a rather tough thing to go through because I had hoped I could share the Love of God with her) to me, and to my property mate. Neither of us found this coincidental. Though semi-feral, she is the most pampered semi-feral cat in the world. God Bless us all! Cool story |

I managed to get out, drop a bill at the post office, go to the bank, and go to the Chiropractor. My joints are really messed up, but I got to keep on going. I was greeted by slobber this morning, courtesy of Princess. She is always by my side. I guess there is an invisible short leash that connects us. i am waiting for a call from the pharmacy, so I can pick up Roy's meds. I sure hope we have an easy day. Thank you for the prayers !!! We live in a world that teaches nothing but hierarchy but we were to be never be of this world. John 18:36 is just one place we are told the Kingdom of Jesus is not of this world. This virus has been the perfect reminder of both of those truths. John 3:19-20 tells us we tend to love darkness and darkness will never like true Light. We are in a time of correction and we are to be examining ourselves as in 2 Corinthians 13:4-11. In a time opposite of Ephesians 4 we are being shown the error of our ways. That chapter tells is there is “one body, one Spirit, One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” Micah 4:1-2 reflects that and Luke 8:11-15 explains the Word of God is how we become one. Mark 14:16 tells us Jesus is coming in the clouds of Heaven and we need to be ready. We have become an Acts 28:26-27 and Luke 6:39-40 people, so He is correcting that if we are listening we understand this. Whatever we do , we should be new creatures in all this and be One and understanding there is only One Chief. I want to thank the Lord for loving us enough to correct our fallen ways. The Harvest is being cleaned. When Jesus returns Ephesians 4 will not be some choice where we decide what is what and who is who. Every person alive on this planet right now is as a blade of grass and 2 Peter 3 will be fulfilled. Today we have time to become humble, confess any darkness we have been a part of and ask forgiveness... Today we have time to read James 4 and listen to what the Lord is saying. “John 7:37In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.38He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.” It is very important to forget all man has taught and “8He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said,” know what Scriptures say. I praise and thank the Lord for this word today... |
