The Moon is not a total Vacuum.

It does have an Atmosphere, it is not the same as ours but it does have one.

I suggest you actually read the article before making an idiot of yourself. It's literally in the 2nd paragraph "..show the astronauts reacting with surprise and confusion to an unearthly howling noise in their headsets." The antenna on the craft was picking up some sort of EM signal.

Here is mine, the Moon has a rotating magnetic field. Not a linear field found around Earth.

The Moon is the largest atomic mass near Earth. Like an ostrich egg is the largest single cell we know of.

The Moons linear field is electric. And the Moons spherical field is inertia, making it hollow....and the Moon IS hollow.

If they attempt to record radio near the moon, they need a receiver that picks up on rotating magnetic fields. The linear receiver is effected by rotating fields, but only a small part of it when the curve matches the linear aspect of the receiver.

Not too hard to conceive and make.... I have. Wind up torus, two of them, the difference between the two is where rotating reception is possible.
