There are about 150 JWICS sites in the world all connected ONLY via military satellite. JWICS machine have no writable disk drives. They have no bluetooth. They have no WiFi. They have no USB or ports of any type. To extract top secret or SAP data from a JWICS machine and transfer that just out of the room never mind out of the facility requires extraordinary effort to avoid detection. It amounts to Russian style deepest spy level willful and concentrated espionage. Even SIPRNet, the next level down which is secret and confidential, is air-gapped and nearly impossible to get away with extracting data. |
