How can people accept the fact GMO food is everywhere. Nothing is organic at the store . Nothing

I mean I am looking at a container of strawberries . Hideous . Why would anyone eat this

You have be blinded to the face that we are slaves...free range slaves. They only want to eating cheap, easy to reproduce food that will hopefully end your life around 50-60 yrs old. There is no need for retired free range slaves anymore.

Sports, tv, alcohol, reality shows, concerts, etc...is all there to brainwash and distract you from true reality.

These distractions are know as "the lady in the red dress".

Well I don't have much faith in many institutions; and at the same time the certified organic process still guarantees that food is at least non-gmo and mostly organic.

Still much better to have food from more independent brands like Nature's Path, Dr. Bronners, Kalona Super Natural, etc. that's almost completely organic, rather than some gmo crap from a grocery manufacturers association corporation that's chock full of glyphosate.

Grocery manufacturers association corporations are the ones who lobby to have organic certification standards lowered, and some of these GMA corporations sell certified organic products while lobbying to lower organic certification standards.

We can start by boycotting all GMA corporations.

Often an overlooked thing is your water. All bottled water, city water, anything canded or pre made that has water in it...has fluoride in it. The Fluoride alone is a slow kill, due to the levels it's introduced at. Pure Fluoride will kill you right away. That should tell you something!!

Soys is another item found in over 90% of food and drinks... It is also a poison. To avoid soy, you'll have to relearn the way you eat. Soy is hidden under many names, including artificial and or natrurl flavoring.

Most decent grocery stores (Whole Foods Market, Natural Grocers, etc.). have reverse osmosis water systems.

Be sure to remineralize RO water with Himalayan or Redmond pink salt though.

I thought arrow head water is pure spring water no fluoride ? Or am I still stupid

Just picked up organic strawberries two containers for seven dollars and looked through frozen food to see in anything on sale, got corn, non gmo and organic for four dolars for two bags. Purchased bunches of both and going to use my new dehydrator to get the bulk down by one fourth. I'm storing in ball jars with ozygen absorber.

I'm not sure if arrowhead has fluoride in it or not; although I heard something about arrowhead getting tested and that it was found to be low quality and not the fresh spring water it claims to be.

Water jug refills from reverse osmosis systems are still cheaper than brand bottled water, and R.O. is also much better quality. Like I said in my previous post, you still need to remineralize RO water so that your body isn't deprived of minerals & trace-minerals.

Frankly though, in the big picture of supermarket veggies/fruits, I could care less if they used some Miracle Grow on it instead of chicken or cow manure.
