Either diet if properly followed can have the desired positive health effects. The important thing is to avoid the processed junk and go for organic, fresh foods raised without pesticides and antibiotics. |

They didn't make flax eggs, they ate whatever egg they could spare, probably no more than a couple a week. Same with meat, cheese, etc. The less saturated fat and cholesterol you consume, the less sticks to your arteries. On the flip side, good fats are essential and there are nutrients only found in animal products. Common sense says eat a lot of the low impact foods (vegetables) and enough of the animal fats to get all the good out of them without overdoing it and clogging your arteries. When the shit hits the fan and the end is just nigh, will you cry out to Heaven? Will you lie down and die? Not me, my dear one - THIS IS MY SACRED LIFE - to no one nor no thing I'll surrender.
