Well worth bringing back up, Tucker is awesome!

During the time of Galileo, there were also threats by the elites of the day to imprison him and those who believed him. People blame this on the ignorance of "The Church", not making the connection that The Church of the time was also the government and that government power, not religious power, was used to imprison people. We are back to that sad time when the self-serving elites have so much invested in preserving the orthodoxy that they would actually create political prisoners out of dissenters.

So Nye ends with a thinly-veiled psuedo-political threat that simply proves his motivations have NOTHING to do with science.

I have watched some of his "Bill Nye Saves The World" shows just to see what they are trying to push....it's tough to watch.

There is one about homeopathic medicine....which I agree is a lot of snake oil, I just don't get triggered by it like he does. Anyways, there is a part where he is trying to explain why homeopathic stuff is fake because there is no scientific understanding to it. He then talks about clinical trials and how it proves if a medicine is real, but he says that the "placebo effect" shows that sometimes people are able to cure themselves through some unknown reason....so then is the placebo effect fake??? He admits that people can be healed through an unknown reason?

The guy is looking for a religion. And they are creating it as we watch.

You have to watch the South Park Season 10 episodes Go God Go Pt 1 and Pt 2 from 2006. Shit is making so much sense now.

I like how he mentions leaks too like it isn't great for the public, and if he knows about leaks he would have to know about claims made by the other side (like that data is being fudged)

I don't like Bill at all - but he came across as just trying to talk - while Tucker was on a pretty well practiced agenda. This is an interesting topic. They want all topics broken down to dualism. They are training us to not be multifaceted in consideration of things. Makes us much easier to herd.

Tucker is a very smart guy and he does his homework.

If you go on his show, you need to have your facts and viewpoints straight. Most of his guests look like idiots because they aren't prepared. Some are, but most aren't.
