Not shocking, I'd bet that China and Russia have given NK weapons, ammunition, missiles / missile defense systems and many other things out of fear that when the US attacks the plan will be to continue on and set the sights on Russia and China since the US will be on their back doorstep at that point.......NK is probably far better prepared for war than most think because they have had so much help and war resources smuggled into the country covertly........they still won't win even if they had all new fully modernized military gear, because they don't take decent care of the soldiers! And likely would need to read the instructions on how to use the equipment........made in China lol.
