Here in Northern Virginia, I heard that our state legislature (which lost all kinds of seats to dems last election) stopped a bill which would allow second-trimester abortions in clinics, and make it VERY easy to get a third-trimester abortion. More body parts and baby brains for Planned Parenthood.

The bill was stopped with ONE VOTE.

The chambers were full of crazy leftists screaming and chanting over the arguments made by the conservatives.

And pay attention to this--FULL OF SCREAMING LEFTISTS, LIKE SEVERAL HUNDRED, BUT NO CONSERVATIVES THERE TO SUPPORT THE GOOD GUYS. Like only four. I'm serious. My friend said it was crazy. Almost made her cry.

Broke my heart to hear that. Do you have any idea how hard it must be to be a conservative law maker in these crazy places?

I heard no conservatives show up. They don't send emails or letters of support to the good guys. The good guys hear nothing, really, except hateful stuff (and I mean crazy, hateful stuff) from the bad guys. The bad guys camp on their lawns, scream in their faces....

And the citizens of our state who are on the side of right are nowhere to be found.

This was told to me by a friend yesterday who's involved. I am really taking this to heart, and I'm going to start making the calls and sending the notes to support the very good men and women in our state who are in there fighting the fight.

Folks, tread lightly AND carry a big stick. I am old enough to know and remember people who caught polio as children, I saw how it wrecked their bodies... I also remember the stories of typhoid Mary who infected an entire city it seems.
