In my 20's I decided I would go back to school and finish my degree at UW Milwaukee.

I had dropped out of college in the middle of my 2nd semester with no formal notice when I was 19. I just stopped going. So my transcripts were shit.

Because of that, and having been on academic suspension / probation, I had to meet with a student adviser.

The adviser's office was in the 2nd level basement, which was weird enough. I was guided to a cluttered desk that was in the middle of the hallway where I was told to have a seat.

Then the adviser emerged. It had unnaturally colored dyed hair, piercings and seemed to look like a woman. Then it spoke. I nearly fell out of my chair. This chick was a fucking DUDE.

I decided right then I don't want a degree.

Notably, my high school student adviser was a wretch of a woman who hated bright minded positive thinking people. She was bent on discouraging anyone with promise from succeeding and told me I would never make anything of myself. For me, that kind of shit just motivates me to prove them wrong. :)

I have a nice near 6 figure career without any fucking slip of paper.

I perused around the web site. Unreal as to the scope of this campus "LGBT Resource Center." It's a huge center with lots of stuff going on for all the zies and hirs and tems and virs and terselfs and zims and..........................so on.

I cannot imagine the cost to run that resource center.

What's sad is that I left high school with good grades in honors English thinking to myself: we really do need a gender neutral pronoun for certain sentence constructions.

But that thought was purely logical.

I didn't like having to choose a gender for who I'm referring to when it might be both or either gender. So I wished we had a pronoun that meant both genders at the same time, instead of having to use the grammatically awkward "they/them/their". It was a utilitarian though for me and had nothing to do with offending or not offending some confused psycho.

Now we know why libtards push for free college. Fuck, man. If they have their way with that, their next goal will be forced college, then forced continuing education.
