I take a 24-hour Claritin every day and it does almost nothing. Anyone have any folk remedy? I am not a fan of taking more drugs. I do take oil of oregano on occasion and it seems to help for a while, but is certainly no cure. I am tired of this runny nose all day. Also, consider if you might have acid reflux - it's a condition that is aggravated by eating certain foods like chocolate, peppermint, spices, alcohol. You may not, but Google it and consider. |

I am blood type b+ and I do eat a lot of chicken. Maybe it is food allergies after all. |

Mold sensitivity almost always introduces itself via upper respiratory and/or lower respiratory system. Mold can make you extremely sick. It only takes 24 hours for a pipe or other water leak not properly addressed to spawn mold. |

I have started a journey to lose weight back to where I was in my twenties. I am 66 now. To get there I need to lose 70 pounds. In the past three weeks I have lost 17 pounds. I am doing fasting and calorie control along with exercise. I drink lots of water but when I have a diet soft drink I get hungry, so I might just give them up and see if it affects the runny nose. |
