They are like little people. They are also full of mischief and try to get into the garbage cans.

Raccoons are some of my favorite animals in the world. I wonder what ever happened to racoon Willie?

They don't come out during the day and they act like that when sick.

I'm a farmer, I have no illusions about the morality of animals. I've watched a sow give birth to a litter and then eat the runt like snack food.

Carrion makes up a significant portion of a raccoon's diet. Once the determination has been made that the raccoon in the road is dead it's only a matter of time before he becomes the next meal. They don't live on the same moral plane as human beings.

I'd love to think it's mourning the loss of it's companion/friend through prayer.. but it looks like it's eating to me. They sit just like that and hold food/chunks they've torn out of carcasses and look down and chew on it.

You have to be a fucking joking if you think humans are more just and moral than animals. I've watched more animals in nature they their life down for their babies. Humans? Moral? We abort MILLIONS of babies in the womb. Morality is gone. It's time to cleanse this earth.

I have only killed one raccoon.

I have outdoor cats and it was eating their food and basically terrorizing them. The fucker was easily 35# compared to their ~15#.

I didn't know what the problem was until I captured it on my outdoor cameras.

I ended it's reign of tyranny.

My cats were grateful without knowing it.

Must be people who drive cheap cars.

Hitting a raccoon on purpose would easily do $2K+ damage to my car.

Hell, I even swerve for turtles.

I think that raccoons are some damn cute critters!

The raccoons in my area are huge. Sometimes, when I'm cooking dinner, they come right up to the back glass door and just start looking inside, like they're planning on breaking in.

The last time they did that, I pulled the curtain shut so they couldn't watch us eat, and as I was closing it, I'm sure one did the eye gesture, like "I'm watching YOU."

They got into my garage a few years ago and stole a bunch of my Christmas ornaments.

I wonder if they have a little raccoon tree....

Lucky they can't buy guns. I'm sure they'd rob me.
