I've been drinking a fuckton of water lately, more than I normally drink. Drinking water usually makes me feel cold but my temp may have adjusted to the temp of the water? It was room temp water because I didn't have a working fridge. does the wim hof technique lower the body temp? grass fed sardines |

It's terrible to watch the pharmaceutical industry release medications that are harmful to the body, and don't actually cure anything. I agree. It made me feel like there could be something wrong with me. Thank God I took my temp to see the real underlying cause. as soon as my mood stopped, i took my temp again and i was back up a degree, I could totally feel it by my mood, it was the weirdest thing, then I lost all my energy. grass fed sardines |

I thought it was a good thing then I kept seeing these commercials for meds about it not being a good thing. Quoting: chasity I just so happen to have an episode yesterday and took my temperature as I was just reorganizing and noticed my body temp was 97 rather than it's normal 98.whatever. I felt like superwoman, I was running across parking lots, talking a million miles a minute and just feeling like I was high on life. why would the drug companies try to suppress this? I need these bursts of energy sometimes and it's my body reacting to just a degree lower. I had no idea, why would they diagnose it as a mental disorder? the feeling i have at 98.6 kinda sucks because I need to push and make myself get up and do stuff but at 97 I don't even need to think about it, I just react. what part of organizing stuff has you running across parking lots talking a million miles an hour...and who on Earth are you talking to while going that fast?! |

Raises it and also makes the body less responsive to the cold. It was developed by Buddhist monks to withstand harsh environment. They tried to withstand the hardest conditions to gain enlightenment. I know that pharma's drugs are of no positive value. Mostly chemical lobotomies.. Use your moods to your advantage Transmute the bad energy into useful progress. “Man's status in the natural world is determined, therefore, by the quality of his thinking.” “To live in the world without becoming aware of the meaning of the world is like wandering around in a great library without touching the books.” Manly P. The fact is, 98.6 is normal, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. (Look, don't bother to tell me it's not normal for you. You are preaching to the choir. I've been working on bringing up my temp for EVER. The bottom line is BRING IT UP) Lower than that, and you probably should be adding some things like kelp and fish to your diet over the long term. Or a daily kelp pill. The old-fashioned fish on fridays was a good idea. Chlorine and fluoride and bromide will work against you. CALORIES are important. AS IN EAT THE FOOD. For the adrenal, cutting back on sugar and caffeine and getting good REST. Salt, health fats, vit C. Solving sleep problems and getting rid of long term pain. ETA: I want to point out that crappy cheap thermometers can't always be believed when it comes to fractions of a degree. So, she may naturally go 97.6/98.6 (fertile and non fertile times) Women are, actually, naturally a bit bi-polar. Which is probably why when menopause is developing, the woman has sensations of surges of temperature changes. I'm pretty sure that my temp when I was much younger, much hornier, much pretty and much more energetic was in the 97 range. I remember that number. I just don't get horny at that temp anymore but I did notice some spotting today and I don't get my period. I feel great, I feel like my younger self minus the pretty horny part lol. grass fed sardines |

Intense activities alter your chemical balance. Thoughts alter your chemical balance. Get control over what you do, think and eat/drink. Then you don't need any diagnoses, drugs or other such bullshit. |

My legs are always spread open for him, I like getting pounded for 20 seconds. but honestly, I don't like men that act like sluts in bed and I consider foreplay a type of rape since it is forcefully getting someone in the mood. I guess I just like it fast and have had an eventful sex life most of my life and I prefer it the way it is now. grass fed sardines |
