Mexico Aims At Stopping Surging Crime Rate: 50,000 Troops Deployed Across Country
Around 50,000 security officers have been deployed across Mexico to counter high criminality rates in the North American state, Mexico’s new Public Security Minister Alfonso Durazo said, Sputnik reported.

"The order has already been given. Starting on December 1, almost 50,000 officers, including 35,000 military police officers, around 8,000 Navy police and the others from the federal police, will be deployed in 150 regions of the country on the permanent basis," Durazo said as quoted by the Excelsior news outlet.

On December 1, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador was sworn in bringing the new government to power.

The new authorities have already announced the creation of the national guard, which would include the most skilled law enforcement officers, to maintain order in the country.

In order to get a country back into control, unfortunately sometimes blood has to spill. I hope it won't come to that. Seems the world's peoples have had enough of living under corruption, drug lords and oppression and are fighting back all over the planet. I wasn't sure about Obrador at first but so far, he seems to want to do what's best for his people.

Mexico needs a military dictator to clean their mess, an elected politician cannot do what needs to be done to fix their cartel problem. Just 1 dictator with loyalty from the military and they can sweep the nation, purge the cartel and run a decade of bloodshed that must be had in order to move forward.

No politician will stand up to this task, they will all be dead men walking once they leave office after fighting the cartel. Probably will be dead men walking while in office.

I'm in Rio Bravo now,not too far from Donna, Texas. There haven't been any Police here for as long as I remember (since January 2018), I was told that they were Corrupt, and have been replaced by the Military.
Hope that the new Mexican President will be another Trump.

Good for him.

Obrador has been described as of the political left, analogous to a Bernie Sanders vs Mexico's version of the DNC, or Mexico's PRI party. But even a broken clock is able to give the correct time twice a day.

There was an article in the Wall Street Journal yesterday about how crime rates in Central/South America are so high, that vigilantism, which includes violent lynching, has soared.

Hard to believe that part of the world has been dominated by liberalism/libtardism for generations. After all, liberals create such nice, humane, sane societies. Oh wait. They don't?

Just keep them in your prayers. This world is getting so out of control, on so many levels.

The future looks so grim.

I was in Monterrey when authorities found a cartel safe house. Among the things they found was a printout of all the local police with their home addresses and their salaries. Plata o Plomo (silver or lead) the cartels offer the police. Take the money or take the lead. The cartels are ruthless. They own the police.

50k troops to 150 areas.. Thats not even 400 in each division. Mafia will use that to their advantage thinning out the state force.

They've got an incredibly difficult situation to deal with down there. Best of luck.
Lets change laws to satisfy peoples emotions, things will be fine and dandy all the time -_-
