Anyone else super sick? Cold/Flu

What do you do, scratch n sniff? Or pull them up to your face? Or get a report from the wifey? Or smell your dog's breath?

Honestly, fry the bacterial infection, then worry about balance afterwards.

Everyone is forgetting about the toxic smoke from the CA fires, and the accompanying radioactive particles from the US's worst nuclear disaster that the fire swept through.
Across the country they have been saying it's Nurovirus, or Salmonella from Romaine lettuce, but the symptoms are the same as radiation poisoning.

I rarely get sick but if I feel like something might be comming on I pop a zinc tablet.

I also take a zinc tablet 1 or 2 times a week.

There are 7 billion people on this planet and you ask if anybody else feels sick? Unbelievably stupid.

serrapeptase reduces mucus, plus it's said to be antiviral. Supposedly it breaks open the capsule of the virus, allowing your body's attack to get inside and kill it.

I've had this flu for at least a week, but it's been controlled, and I am better now.

I have it as well. I find that drinking beer helps! Yes really! I heal quicker and flush out the impurities since I am drinking plenty of fluids!

That's so funny, bc I started my regime w beer at first. Then as the days rolled I stopped and shifted to grilled steaks. Now it's supplemented w soup, since I was dropping weight and strength. That's when after 10 days of Amox, and the infection was still there, I switched to 100 MG Zinc/ 2X a day. Hack and spit, cough it out, and keep your ears dry. Pinky fingers in, then rotate palm/finger to back and then pull the pressure out of the ear canals.

This what most females fail to do , you must cough it up and spit it out id don't give a fuck what it sounds like that is they KEY

Been taking vitamins and drinking chicken broth with garlic & red chili flakes.

Really, check the link (a couple posts up) about breathing dilute hydrogen peroxide.

* Just buy a cheap nebulizer on ebay

* Put like 150 drops of water in the bowl

* Then 10 drops of H2O2 from the drug store

* Then breathe that in through your nose and mouth three or so times a day.

Lyposomal vitamin c will prevent colds flu and also cure it. I don’t understand why you people are still asleep. Vitamin c cured sepsis and 30 major diseases what do you think its gonna do to a punie cold or flu. I am 57 years old I’ve been around I am telling you how powerful this for our body.
