I read that there have been, on average, something like 40+ illegal pipeline taps every single day in Mexico since the beginning of the year. And watch... that number won't decrease after this event. There is something deeply wrong with the culture, a mindset that coincides with the desire to illegally enter the United States in order to benefit from handouts that don't have to be earned. It has nothing to do with being stupid, ignorant, or poor. It has to do with jumping at any and all opportunities to get something for nothing with little regard for the risks of doing so, and it's a mindset that is bred and/or programmed into people.
