Now, he can't sit behind the desk and shitpost. I felt bad about it but he's a young millenial who acts like the world owes him, even thought he doesn't do fuck all at work. He's literally just an overnight replacement and acts like he's so important. WTF is with kids today? Where is this sense of entitlement coming from? I'm a hobby game designer lol there's a f2p mmorpg out there that I helped make, had to mod their Discord too, so I know what Discord is all about lol, but it's super fucking toxic and distracting, you don't want your millenial coworkers browsing that shit at work. Sure, it's gamer bs but the more you expose yourself to it the more negative you become. Discord gamer culture is pure toxicity and I don't want that shit around me anymore. Being a mod on a popular discord channel was fucking gross and I don't want/need coworkers shitposting over there at work and bringing that negative attitude with them. You want to shitpost? Hitting children is not the solution. It just lowers their IQ and causes them to act out aggressively. She recently hired a millennial girl a few months ago who is now on her 4th death in the family as an excuse to miss work. The other day she just left work at 2:30 pm without telling a soul. When confronted the next day she said she was feeling ill and had to leave. Another employee at the clinic is friends with this millennial on facebook and showed the wife her FB posts showing "little miss I'm sick" out having dinner and drinks with a group of friends that evening. These people have no work ethic and apparently no brains either. |
