for over a month I wake up at 430 every morning

I do too but only because I have to leave for work by 6:00. And I hate to be in a rush. I have a little quiet time to watch TV first.

I have to be at work at either 11am or 1pm.
It is just odd that I started noticing that every time I looked at the clock it was 430. fir the past 2 weeks I have taken a pic of the clock just to prove that I am really waking up at that time

it is more o a jerk because I am wide awake suddenly. Normally I wake up in the mornings and am still half asleep for a while

YES I am mid 50s. My grandmother stayed up later than everyone and was up before dawn every day drinking coffee and doing crosswords. I am recognizing myself in her these day.

When I was in my forties I had a long commute and lived on a farm and I started getting up at 4:30 just to beat the idiots in traffic. Then I couldn't stop, even when I moved back to the city and didn't have to be at work until 8 I still got up. Pee. Smoke weed. Listen to the radio and go back to sleep. You can get C2C replays from the West Coast until about 6 am CST.

Go to bed early. Set your alarm for 4 am. Wake and have your coffee. If you have ear amplifies like hunters and old folks use get them ou.

Get back in bed, normal position, blinds and curtains the same.

Listen.

You will hear what wake you.

If it’s always exactly 4:30 it’s got to be something programmed to turn on or off. Something’s beeping or flashing.

Something as simple as an analogue clock rewinding can make enough noise to wake you that close to morning.

All the leaves are fallen. They buffer noise. Winter noises are inbufdered and so louder. It could be you hear your neighbors car start and idle or smell their coffee or hear their bedroom alarm.

If you wake but go back to bed lights out and everything the same you will catch it. Then it won’t wake you.

Although, in the Amityville Horror what woke a man at exactly 3:15 every morning turned out to be demonic. The devil and an old Indian spirit like Uncle Nate were trying to get another man to kill his family the same way they did the family before. But maybe that was fake for money. Although the dad did seem convincing.

Clock and camera are two electronic devices near your bed.

My cousin complained he couldn’t sleep. Naturally everyone wanted to diagnose him. Uncle decided to sleep in his room one night just to see whatnot was like He said all night long things on shelves desk and and dressers flashed and beeped. They fixed that and the kid slept fine.

This is the time that I go to sleep every day.

I wish I knew. Just want you to know you are not alone. I don't have a regular work schedule. Some days I go in at 4:30 am, some days 3 pm., some days 7 am. Thinking of getting melatonin as a supplement. Anyway, other than the days I have to be in at 4:30 am and have an alarm set for 2:30 am, I'm generally waking up at 4:30 am ish.. even on days off. It's not necessarily that I wake up, it's the WAY I wake up..wide awake, ready to go, in a panic..I feel like I'm in the middle of something, got interrupted and have to finish..maybe not your case, but this has been mine for almost a year. I've gotten used to it. Usually spend an hour or so calming down and then fall back asleep until it's time to head to work and run for real..

This happened to me for around 3 weeks right at the end of January. Weird as I am a Night Owl and like to sleep in.

Must have been something energetic as other people I knew were doing it too.

very interesting.. it got me thinking we probably have different schedules rebooting .. like groups rebooting at scheduled times. 3 pm is a time for many people they just fall out.. I'm back now!
