I wouldn't be surprised if this goes along with a sudden super high libido, like even to the point of problematic behavior, like a typical lady might suddenly be "on the prowl". The most healthiest people are the ones not eating the 4 food groups. Those things together is what causes obesity, and all the health problems. Iv been keto/carnivore for 3+ years. I get my blood work done every 3 months and according to my doctor im more healthy then most teens and im circling 40 right now. But before this "diet" or lifestyle i call it. I did the 4 food groups. I ate very little yet gained weight. Ate nothing i liked really but gained weight. Worked out did everything right. Became prediabetic, massive blood pressure was sick all the time. Never felt well. My doctor bless her heart told me to read up on keto. I did and in under 6 months it changed my life. So people that think they know what there talking about dont when 8t comes to keto and carnivore. Dont get me started on Vegans... |
