According to my kids dentist a high fever while your adult teeth are coming in affects enamel.

You need to find a toothpaste with "novamin". I think its harder to get over there, but here its readily available. Its called sensodyne "repair and protect". The US version doesnt have it.

Noavamin turns into artificial enamel when it makes contact with your mouth. Thats what you need.

If that doesnt help, just get veneers.

Have you tried this? It was recommended to me by a “Biological Dentist” (uses more natural approaches to dentistry). It’s much more expensive than regular toothpaste tho. It also needs to be used with a “tray” for your teeth at night so it soaks in.

go to a health food store and look for a toothpaste that has coral calcium carbonate in it. It helps remineralize the teeth. Then try coconut oil pulling. Swish coconut oil in your mouth for about 2 minutes, spit it out and run your tongue over your teeth to see if your teeth feel smoother.

My teeth are driving me crazy too. The "gangstalkers/aliens" remote torture me so hard that I was on alcohol for awhile. Now the alcohol has no effect anymore, but I've obviously got a bunch of cavities driving me crazy. Couldn't necessarily go brush my teeth right after drinking the alcohol because when "they" do the remote torture, they can do some extreme insomnia in different ways, and I had to get to work in the mornings and there was no way to know how much alcohol I had to drink that night before "it" would let me get to sleep. With nowhere to turn, I just had to deal with it and ended up with some painful cavities.

I don't know about swishing coconut oil and spitting it out but if you fry Brussel Sprouts with mushrooms and onions in coconut oil then you will feel like you are eating at a 5 star restaurant.

Good way to get coconut oil on your teeth

Go to Amazon, buy Apagard Premio 100g toothpaste. It's made with Hydroxyapatite which is proven to regrow enamel and even repair minor cavities. It's widely used in Japan. The Premio is the stronger version. And also keep using the sensodine at a different time of day. But don't eat or drink anything for at least 10 min after using the Apagard. You can find studies on it. Search Duck cuz google may block the good info. And pray too ask The Lord to please help restore your mouth.

Xylitol fixes enamel. Chewing 100% pure xylitol few times a day helps a lot.

Ask the butcher to cut it into 2” pieces

Bring it home n cook it in distilled water bring to boil
Then slow cook it over a few days add laurel leaf stake spice mix to taste

Use the broth as soup base

The nutrients from it should help w your tooth enamel n tooth bone

Do this every week till you improve

Don’t eat or drink anything with lemon lime or orange juice vinegar vinegar veggies etc
The above dissolve enamel
