Well, I will say that the concept of this reality and realities being simulated is certainly in the realm of possibilities as well all sometimes have these thoughts. There are beings who are extremely powerful and even above them is something else also, things we haven't even begun to know.

I am sorry that you have experienced something like this. It is I believe a culmination of aspects that may have triggered something within you especially with panic attacks. Panic attack is just a false alarm that the body gives off because it thinks it is dying. I also see there was a dissociation from reality and I am not claiming or saying that you are mentally ill which you're not. You just have experiences and you have had a hell of a lot of stress in your life as well.. This is all can sometimes combine together and manifest as a great ball of confusion and fear.

Looking back I think you understand this and these days you are quick to see what works for you and what does not.

Look, I have been through scary fucking shit, all of that? Who cares. Yeah, in many ways, I actually didn't give a shitload of fucks, and, "worked my ass off to get through it," kinda, sure perhaps "pretty darn hardcore." So, who fucking cares about that shit.

Hello, I wanted to say something else about Neo and the matrix. Neo represents the Messianic figure in the Matrix movies, which is why we see a Jesus figure being led away from the Merovingian. I’m not sure why he was called that. I know it had something to do with the Merovingian kings.

Many people think Neo died at the end and he did in a way but was reborn. Everything changed through compassion. He did escape the previous laws of the Matrix. Here’s a good link.
