It was at two different hotels so they need to look at employees of those hotels. Probably just unscrewing the kids adding tasteless poison and screwing the top back on. Random murder. But I’m one case it was bug spray as she complained of extremity numbness. Two different methods. |

The deaths have baffled people around the world because, among other things, they involved tourists whose families and friends described them as relatively healthy, and exhibiting no signs of illness before they fell sick. Dominican authorities cited nearly identical conditions, including pulmonary edema -- where the lungs fill with fluid -- for several of them. Some of the deceased who were said to have died of heart attacks had not displayed symptoms or had a heart condition, according to their families. There could be many more cases that were just attributed to heart attacks, etc. |

Tom Inglesby, director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, said in a phone interview that the symptoms that have been reported, like pulmonary edema, bleeding and vomiting blood, are “consistent with poisoning,” perhaps accidental. But until toxicology reports are available, he said, it is difficult and too soon to definitively say what caused the visitors’ deaths. “It’s rare for travelers to die of unknown causes like this, and to have a high number of them in a relatively short period of time is alarming, shocking, sad,” Dr. Inglesby said. “It’s something that investigators should be able to get to the bottom of.” The fact that toxicology reports have not been released or completed is “unconscionable and inexplicable,” he said. I'm more concerned about my family in the US. What about the "missing hiker" found on Maui after she went missing 2 weeks? Many travelers also are of the "ugly self-entitled Americans" type. They show no respect to the locals and that paints a big target on them if they piss off the wrong person. It would be interesting to see how many of these Americans died because they didn't get any proper vaccinations for regions they're travelling. I get tested for TB every year and had all my vaccinations (Hep A/B, Encephalitis and Meningitis). Food poisoning is also more common due to the different health codes compared to the US. Not to worry, all those foreigners flooding across the US Southern border are bringing all the once eradicated diseases back to the US. I hear typhus is reaching pandemic levels in shithole LA. Fuck you. |
