I started using 3% hydrogen peroxide solution in my nebulizer when I first sense any infection starting in my nose, throat or lungs. Knocks it right out of me before I get sick.
Quoting: Skip. 77882843 Oooooh!! Thank you!!! Just keep your eyes closed when inhaling and don't overdo it. There are videos you can watch on Youtube. I inhaled too much in my nose once and I sneezed for 10 minutes. It really works though. Only 3% solution, no more than that.
