As a Wanderer in human form, that's one of my "crafts," grounding down energy, especially if it's having a hard time like earlier. My meditation was fruitful....heh, my poor kitteh though, she's sitting there staring at me with that sleepy kitteh look in her eyes. She plopped down right beside me at the beginning, and fell out right along with me. I'm finding my lil crap monster cat is more than meets the eye.
