Cold all the time
I had a problem in the past— xenoestrogens act like excess estrogen blocking thyroid impeding dopamine.

I’ve got to quit smoking tobacco. I don’t get very sick. I just have to stay on top of my damned emotions and memories. The picture show starts and I just have to deal with that. Keeping cortisol UP helps. Considerably.

I got onto that low cortisol night time schedule people do.
I’m chilled and aching in the morning. It affects my ability to get anything thing done

Don’t tell me see a doctor. I live in Indiana. All our doctors died long ago. They haven’t been the same since.

I’m on top of how to fix my hormones again. Eat vegetables. Avoid bad things.

I won’t smoke because I fixed that too somehow.

How do I warm up?

I use a heating blanket to avoid hypothermia.
I drink milk to counteract any toxic exposure.

First of all, move out of Colorado.

I'm in the Phx. area and I'm freezing when it's below 60

Re: Cold all the time
thermogenics... increase thyroid output..

There are many supplements that will do that including Iodine.

Evil controls the ignorant... Climate change is a hoax so is the vax you have been fear-porned into compliance!

Definition Satan from the bible: Satan (Rev 12:7) exercising his subtle (indirect) impact on heathen governments (powers) – i.e. accomplishing his hellish agenda from "behind the scenes."

I think it warms like whiskey does— pulls heat from your core to your surface. It feels relaxing and warming but it doesn’t generate heat.

Let’s say thyroid is blocked at the receptor, and I’m back on the straight and narrow to fix that again.

Anything to do to warm up TOMORRROW?

I just put a handful of peppers and ginger in the soup pot.

A pair of fuzzy leather slip on boots without thick tread for only wearing in the house for slippers. They will keep your feet hot and the rest of you will stay warm.

Buy some shoes made of neoprene, wear them at home.
Those work wonders and you need no chemicals to heat your body.
Don´t use em if you have problems with your bloodflow.

MORE ANIMAL FATS. Inuit say that you’ll freeze if you just eat fish, gotta dip each bite in seal oil if you want to stay warm.

I left Colorado for Indiana. These are sunny warm days, gorgeous days too and I’m hiding inside because I’m chilled.

It hurts to be cold.

Upper body. Neck. Shoulders. That’s the smallest part of my body— skeleton like a greyhound— it really hurts, enough that I’m missing the gorgeous days.

When I worked out in the cold, I would wear wool socks and sprinkle cayenne pepper in my boots. Does the trick.

Also, eat some cinnamon..it's a warming spice too.
