Not true about the smugless annoying others. Some are vegetarian or vegan for health reasons, such as cancer or kidney problems. I would love to go back to meat and would eat a tiny bit once in the blue, but severe kidney problems force me to decide between living longer or going on dialysis sooner. Plant/grain based diets are best for those w severe kidney damage but not yet on dialysis. This diet requires adding vitamins and minerals for what we lack or can't produce due to illness. Enjoy your good health while you can. I am only in my early 50's and was going downhill a few years ago. Be grateful for every moment in your life. Things can turn for the worse without any signs until your blood work comes in.

i always assumed the only reason a guy would choose to become vegan is to impress a chick he was trying to nail.

30 years from non gender freaks return to a gender. Every stupid socialist scam must run it's full course so that the stupid may eventually learn to not do that again.

I return to meat everyday try and do anything physical with out eating meat and see how fucking far you get!
