Do you look younger or older than your age?

I'm 27 look mid 30's.
Been smoking since 14, drinking everyday since 21.

Late 20's, people think im a teenager.

Younger.

I'll be 47 next month, most people think I'm 35 or so.

Drink a bit more than moderately, sometimes, stopped smoking three years a go, but smoked for over 30 years prior to that (yeah, I started early.)

Guess I'm just lucky.

I don’t know anymore, I was babyface JD, but not so much anymore.

I am in complete denial of my aging. I am a 57 year old woman that is doing Roller Derby and hitting the f out of other women and taking some awesome hits. I want to learn the basic Parkour moves too so I can be jogging and just like jump over a random fence or side run on a wall. I like muscle cars and rebels of all ages.

We look as we are scripted to perceive ourselves.

If you think drinking and smoking have anything to do with age perception in here, you need to schedule a CAT scan asap.

Are you a Gemini (May 22,23 to June 21)? They usually look younger than others. All my life I've been told I don't look my age. Just two days ago I was told by two women.

Depends on the lighting but I usually look 20% younger

i initially wrote and deleted my response because i am uncomfortable answering the question

of course if i scored high on iq i would be inclined to answer your question. same applies if i look 20 years younger than my current age

Look 35

Smoked from 13 to 27

Drinked from 14 to 35, only on weekends never during the week

Smoked weed from 15 to 38 heavily

Smoke now occasionally, like maybe 12 times a year

Worked out a lot from 16 to 35 was good shape

Stopped working out from 35 until 43 got in not so good shape, lol

Started working out again got back bbn in really good shape

With a few days old stubble, I have been told I look 35

When I'm clean shaven I get told I look 30 to 32

My body is close to best shape I've ever been in

I credit this my age to a couple of things, muscle memory that helped me get back into shape quicker

And the bbn internet fasting plan

I switch between a 20 an 4 fasting

I do 3 to 4 days a week

To 23 and 1 fasting I do 3 to 4 days a week

Alternating

This releases higher levels of HGH

Keeps you lean

Helps you build muscle

Overall good health benefits

Look younger by a decade. I’m 40. I get looks when I’m with my teen kids. It’s good genes, drink lots of water, exercise, don’t smoke, stay mostly out of the sun, moisturize, have long hair almost to my tailbone, and maybe 1-2 drinks every other month for date night.

Goal is to age naturally and gracefully.

Now, women will have advantage of they wear make up

I only say this because I know females who are in their 30s and 40 and with make up you think man they look young for their age. When they dont have the make up, oh boy, I dont even recognize them lol

My aunt is 67

She looks with make up in her late 40s to early 50s

Saw he with no make up and man, what a difference

She still looked younger then her age but not as much lol

I’ll be 50 come late Jan, 2020, yet most guess me at mid 30’s. I used to drink a lot, but am sober seven years.

It all boils down to genetics. While people say I look young, I’d be surprised if I lived to be 75/76. Just a feeling. But who knows? Fuck it I say.

I look older. Grey hair and grey beard.

Our family ages very well. Generally people up north seem to hibernate so when we are 80, we look half that since we are dormant and out of the sun half the year,LOL. '
I am a life long vegetarian, never smoked(except ceremonial peace-pipe, which isnt inhaled, a few times a year).We are churchgoer. Never drank, have Lupus so I cant tango or dance at Pow-wows, but still wear a size ten.

My little sister is 75 and in the right light,still looks like Elizabeth Taylor with green eyes. Wish I knew how to
put a photo of her on here, hardly a line in her face!
None of us 'girls' in the family wear any make up but lipstick and favor long wavy hair, not any wierd colors with piercings or tattoos.Whatever is with our health we dont take any pills, using mostly old folk Medicine.

My husband has aged very well,too... he looks more handsome and distinguished than when he was younger and still hunts moose and cuts and splits 5 cords of wood for the winter. I asked him about this and he said he looks so darn good because he isnt a vegetarian and smokes a pack a day, LOL.

I think the colder climates keep you young. Less sun exposure, less sun damage. I’m an odd mix and have some great grandparents from old Russia. I love the cold. If I were to shave my beard, as I do once a year, I’d unmask a baby face. Just a few greys on the sides of my head and I’m mid 50s. No complaints.
