It seems to me that "carbon taxes" are a scheme concocted by the oil companies themselves for an added stream of income siphoned off those who oppose them. This way they are making money no matter what happens with petroleum: A) They win, and B) They win.

I am not sure about the validity of climate change or the motive if those promoting it. I agree that Greta is just a tool. I wish Trump had twitted that instead of sounding like his was attacking a 16 year old with a medical condition.

Wish I could still believe in Trump, but my confidence in his ability to do much of anything, other than support the Z-plan, has waned.
