Yeshua is Isus in Greek. Greek was the common language of the Eastern Mediterranean at the time of Jesus. The Hebrew testament was translated into Greek in the second century BC, because so many J's spoke Greek as their first language.
When Christ was born, the Holy Family had to flee to Cairo immediately. The main languages of Egypt were Greek and Coptic. He certainly spoke Greek from early childhood.

Certainly when Christ was called to read in the synagogue, the rabbi would have used his Hebrew name Yeshua Ben Yosef.
We don't actually know what language Christ used in His daily life. Aramaic (similar to Hebrew), Greek, or both. The New Testament was written in Greek. The early Christians read His name as Isus.

I have no problem with calling Christ "Yeshua" but that is a modern affectation. I'm an IDF veteran and I speak Hebrew fluently. My favourite name for Christ is Emmanuel - Im anu El - God is with us.
