You seem awake. Most people who are lost don't know it; those who do they end up displaying repettitve, selfish behavior which involves trying to condemn others.

What did you do to yourself and why?

How did you get to this state?

I take it you had a spontaneous kundalini awakening? Was this a recent event?

Why do you associate your experiences with kundalini? Indeed a kundalini awakening in the west with no preperation or anyone to guide you can be very frightening.

I suggest you buy Bonnie Greenwell's book Energies of Transformation: A Guide to the Kundalini Process. This book helped me to understand when I had a spontaneous k awakening. There is also a k list (or was some years back) where you can post your experiences and get feedback and help.

All I will add is that a kundalini awakening is your body and spirit working together to heal the real you. It is best to just go with the flow. Now having said that it can be difficult to assimilate the experiences the kriyas etc. with no background to place these events into perspective. Greasy food will tend to diminish the thinning of the veil and some of the manifestations that you might be experiencing.

I've never experienced anything like what you describe, lala1. However, I would suggest when you are experiencing these sensations that you try to use the mind to see where they will go, or how you can influence them, to bring them down. That's my only suggestion, because I have done that before with the psychic. Energies can be acted upon.

Try it over a few days and see how you go.

Yeap. I started living this nightmare while working for a shaman's friend, they told me that later on. I've seen a ghost in that house, had ESP, saw a black shadow near my bed and other stuff.
I'm in full health. I had those feelings of electricity moving through the body etc.
But the real thing is I feel that electricity like think under my skin and in different parts of body.
Is there anybody who have been through this and got out of it? I am a serious person, taking care of my thoughts.

Repeat - there is nothing wrong with you. Kundalini is a blessing - but I know how much it can disrupt a life. Look at it as a type of spiritual awakening. But I think first you should verify that it is a k event and not another mystic type experience.

Suggest you google kundalini list and join that group. You can post here but this is not an understanding group of people.

The symptoms can be relieved with vigorous exorcise like running. Vigorous sex really relieves symptoms for about 24-48 hours, but unless you have a willing partner that can be a point of frustration. I'd suggest relieving the symptoms, while attempting to understand the source. Don't stress - let go and let be.

Ok. It seems that the people I'm looking for are not here. I was hoping to find somebody who got out of Kundalini. People don't seem to believe these kind of things: even if they know the real you, they still don't believe you, blaming it on the anxiety. Right. I had spirits yelling of me things and doing things. I felt a horrible smell one night (and I'm very clean by the way). And other stuff.
For me it looks like kundalini symptoms, as I saw them described on net (I had almost all besides the sudden yoga kryias, which I didn't).
I'm not trying to discreditate anything here. I was fine before, but this came to turn my life upside down. Now I'm thinking to go in the worst place ever to work as I have not meaning in life anymore like this. I definately am not going to get into a relationship now. So. That's me.
Life feels really horrible. But I wonder what's happening with all the other people going through the same thing I had.
Now, I need to talk to somebody who went through this and got out of it. Everybody says it's impossible, but how come? I have a hunch it's not true, based on my experience, or I am just stubborn not to believe it.
For me it looks like kundalini. I don't know what it is , but I know I'm healthy.

Actually the best thing to do is make your world as uncomfortable as possible for an unclean spirit.

Cut off your hair. Wear no make up. Dress down.

Shun society for a while.

Stop watching movies and television.

Read your bible or buy an audio bible and play verses from it everyday wearing headphones.

Get rid of crosses, flags and patriotic paraphernalia.

Dump all your DVDs and CDs and Computer games.

Stop eating pork and shellfood. See the scriptures for a proper list of unclean foods. It's a good idea to go vegetarian and avoid dairy products.

Last, but by no means least, take tas much as you can afford from all the money you have and find a poor black person. Hand it all to them.

Oh and DON'T have sex, especially NOT with an abusive cheating partner or someone you don't know.

I think it is as this word came into my head from no where. And i didnt; know about it before. This happened in some special circumstances. Plus other things proved me it's yes. For me it seems like demonic opression or what ever it is . I've head demonick attack like in my dreams and i had no idea of what is that before or heard somebody else on that. For me it's clearly not from God, as God is supposed to give you peace not try to make you afraid.

I know what I'm looking for: people who experienced it and got out of it. Others can only speculate on it (pro or against).
