Jorge Labarga, why do me thinks that is pro'nounced (Or'hey)?

Goes against the 2nd Amendment, he needs to step down.

Re: Fla. Supreme Court tosses out proposed assault weapons ban
if went on the ballot it probably would have passed ... then wed have to see if it survived legal challenges

im against ballot process for constitutional amendment ... I dont have time to study these issues to cast an informed, carefully considered vote

lets see ... how long should I study an issue and consider the consequences for a CONSTITUTIONAL AMMENDMENT ? a few days at least, really more like a week or 2

then again, do I even have sufficient education or intelligence to understand a question of policy and law at THAT LEVEL, of the constitution (for a state) ?

its ridiculous

.....

meanwhile in 2018 Florida passed constitutional amendment giving restoring to felons the right to vote

on the ballot it said that before voting rights would be restored they'd have to serve their sentence and pay all fines and fees

guess what ? courts just struck down the "fines and fees" part ... shouldn't that invalidate the amendment ? would voters have passed it if it had said, restore voting rights whether they've paid their fines and fees yet or not ?

The Federal Government has NO delegated power for any gun laws pertaining to the People and without delegated power, it may LAWFULLY do NOTHING (10th Amendment). All Federal gun laws pertaining to the People are unconstitutional and illegal EXCEPT "for governing such part of them (the militia) as may be EMPLOYED in its service." (Article I, Section 8.16). The militia is the armed citizenry. Read according to the rules of basic English grammar, "militia" in the subordinate clause beginning the 2nd Amendment must agree with "the People" in the main or independent clause which states "the right of the People to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT be infringed". That is addressed to the Federal Government reiterating that it may do NOTHING since its delegated power is ONLY "for governing" those EMPLOYED IN ITS SERVICE! That's "the rule of law" and "no one is above the law", THEY SAY, and I they are right!

Kamala Harris is not a Natural Born Citizen. She's illegally running.

Used by the Founders...
Book I of The Law of Nations, Chapter XIX, § 212 (Joseph Chitty numbering) – “Citizens and natives”
reads: 'The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to
its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in
the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by
the children of the citizens
, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all
their rights.' 1758 Emerich de Vattel

Oh' What the Hell, do I look like I want to die in some nursing home one day...
America must have 4 new Constitutional Amendments...
1. Drug Tests and Mental Evaluations on all politicians and judges randomly five times per year.
2. Term Limits for Federal politicians and judges.
3. Mental and health standards for Supreme Court Justices and retirement age set.
4. A 'Star Chamber' of elected Natural Born Citizens (no attorney's) to ivestigate, try, and prosecute the politicians and government employee's as they see fit.
